The Book of Acts

Theme – The history of the development of early church, from the Ascension of Christ to Paul’s imprisonment at Rome, and the opening of his ministry there.

          Many Bible students see in this books the formal ministry of the Holy Spirit.

          As Christ departs earth He makes the announcement of a great campaign of world-wide mission, through human agency under the power of the Holy Spirit. (Acts 1:8).

3.  First elected deacons (Acts 6:1-7) – Home Mission.
